The Conscious mind

   Our mind has 2 category, conscious mind and sub-conscious mind. The difference between normal people and a genius - genius has a thin line between conscious & sub-conscious mind. Positive words will help the child to have thinner line on mental barrier.

Normally a 0-2 years old child do not really have mental barrier. Mental barrier comes in when people around him start giving him negative feedback, e.g. you're lousy, useless, you can't, you're ugly, you're stupid, you're slow, etc. then these words will goes to his conscious mind... then he will tell himself, yes, I'm slow in learning, I'm stupid, etc. as the child grow, his mental barrier will get thicker and this will affect him in learning. So, as parents, we need to always have positive words in our mouth! :)

Individual Sub-Conscious Mind:
This is something that we can't forget or some incidents we choose to remember or choose not to remember. e.g. our childhood years, some incidents we can still remember, but some had forgotten. But it does not mean we forgot, it's in our sub-conscious mind. It's there, just that we can't find it.

Collective Sub-Conscious Mind:
It's something like common sense. Things that we learn along the way or without notice it, we learn it. E.g. a lot of things we learn as we meet people. We didn't learn it purposely but we just pick up. All under our sub-conscious mind. You just know you knew it. :)

Universal Sub-Conscious Mind:
This one is unlimited. It's like an inspiration that we have. Like Mozart, to know how to compose so many beautiful pieces of classical music.

When we Flash Card, we use conscious mind to understand. It's the speed that help the child to go to the sub-conscious mind.

ALPHA 8-13hz - it's a child brain wave; concentration wave
- a toddler is always on learning mood.
- we need to give freedom for a child to learn but must learn respect & discipline too.
- we can follow the format.
* practice everyday (0-2 - sort out info, 3 onwards - creativity)
* we must first increase a child's vocab so that they can express their creativity
* how we read to our child will affect the child learning receptor (feeling is greater than words). e.g. when we're tired, we read to our child, they will feel tired too. When we're angry, we read, they can feel it too! How true? I really have no idea... it's really amazing.
* always start with what the child like first    parent  must have a Conscious mind
